Tools for online entrepreneurs

We use every tool on this page in our online businesses – these are the tools we love and recommend.

elementor

Elementor

Elementor is the page builder I use on most of not all my WordPress powered websites. Elementor helps me to build a good looking site by just dragging and dropping page elements such as images, headers on a canvas… resulting in good looking landing pages, blog posts, etc. There are two versions the free Elementor version and the Elementor Pro version, I recommend to get the Pro version since it offers so much more options to customise your site.

Slack

Slack

Slack is one of my favourite communication tools. I’ve created various communication channels which are tailored to unique projects. I have also integrated Slack into many of my backend applications and services which gives updates on sales numbers, email signups and more. I am also using Sack to communicate with my team resulting that the classic email communication we’ve always used is almost a thing of the past. All together Slack improves overall productivity.

Trello

Trello

Trello is my go to project management tool. Trello is a web-based, Kanban-style, (todo) list-making application. It is drag-and-drop simple and has a lot of premade templates that you can use. Trello and Slack are very will integrated, reducing unnecessary communication hence improving productivity.

Stripe

Stripe

When it comes to payment processors Stripe is the gold standard. I am using it to process my payments for private masterminds and workshops. I am using Stripe as well to process recurring payments for my SaaS.

Namecheap

Namecheap

I’ve tried various domain registrars and hosting companies and for me Namecheap is the place to go. They offer free domain privacy – to hide your personal information, various hosting packages and very important around the clock support. If you’re not tech savvy they also have various managed hosting packages available.
